Rose Wollman

Hailed as “innovative” and “stylish” by the Chicago Classical Review, violist Rose Wollman is sought after as a soloist, chamber musician and teacher. She was the founding violist of the Petar Jankovic Ensemble and the Larchmere String quartet, and recorded albums with both groups. Rose’s solo album LOOP: Ligeti’s Inspiration and Legacy was released by Acis in October 2022 to critical acclaim. Her upcoming album Trailblazers, with pianist Dror Baitel, explores the legacy of American female composers. Rose has performed with the Lucerne Festival Academy Orchestra, the Pacific Music Festival Orchestra, and the Indianapolis Chamber Orchestra. She has collaborated with diverse artists, including Atar Arad, Michael Kannen, Jeffrey Dunham, Rachel Barton Pine, Julián Peralta, Pablo Aslan, and Michael Spiro.
